i agree. i also face problems like hard 2nd gear, rattling, and many more. In my review about a year ago on this site itself i have counted all these. why did not you read it? I am giving you some of my observations about city (i own it) and SX4 ( my cousin owns it and i have my hands on it quite often) and you decide yourself........... money spent on petrol is a quite big issue and it suppresses many good qualities of any car....... so only if you don read more...
Few people blindly trust honda brand and dont use their IQ to judge it (I wonder if they have any). I think if u are spending 10L on a car, then its resale value is the last point u bother.
