Hi Toothless. It is true that Fiero Fx tyres skidded when new. Specially on wet roads. But I got used to them. Never brake hard when turning & inclined. Excellent ! My Fiero Fx is now 20 years old. I swear that if TVS brings it back to life and starts supplying its parts, I would buy a Fiero Fx again b4 any other 150cc bike. I had this privilege of doing office on my Fiero for 20 years. It was a love affair. But the loved is getting old.

You will spoil your beauty if you ride it like that.A new bike won't make much complaining noise but...if u like ur bike take better care of it. Nov '06 I first spotted a different looking P180 in Calcutta. A different looking tail with twin lights a la ZMA.Digital display panel.Rear tyres thinner but adequate ... looks like almost desirable now ... Would like to know about its low & hi end torque etc.Come on guys !!

Lot of hype on looks & style.No substance. If I am ready for a 35km/l bike then I go for a 200cc+ That's my practical opinion.And beauty lies in the eye of the beholder ! Is it F2 or Fx ? As far as I know Fx was not in production in 2001-2. Yes there are reasons to be satisfied with Fiero I agree. Did u ever change tyres in this time ?

Hey ! Why didn't I read your review before ? I just detected the Fuel Screw on my Fx.It is below the spring that returns the throttle cable and left side of the RPM adjusting screw. I think you go more by looks and hype than by seer performance. About mileage,well I got 60-64 when the bike was new and still get the same after 1.5 years Even if I buy a 2nd one I shall keep this Fx.There still isn't a better choice in its segment.

Hey is this Fiero Fx u r reviewing or some earlier Fiero? Agreed TVS tyres are slippery.But brakes on my Fx are excellent.Yes plain drum brake one.Get ur's checked.Skidding has a lot to do with riding skills.Braking is a skill that often even long time riders lack.Read this: http://www.mouthshut.co read more...
