They just want to fool the indian customers. This was completely a publicity stunt nothing else. They just want to gather customer's account/card details to create scams. There is so many reported cases of their scams. Never suggest any body to buy from flipkart.

Please do not ask them for refund in your flipkart wallet. They are expert to fool customers, when the product is not in huge demand they deliver it within 2 days. When the product is in huge demand they cancel the previous orders and rise price of the products unexpectedly as a result the customer buys the same product at a high price. Flipkart has become puppet for their retailers and all this coping for the customers. It your problem is genuine then please file a complaint in consumer court. It will take some time but at least you will get justice. After all you have paid for a product and recieved the faulty one.

buddy, flipkart picks faulty lots direct from the company that is why they sell them at a cheaper price. Flipkart is making fool of costumers. They are purchasing defective products from the company and selling it by creating monopoly in the market for example: mote e is not available in the local market. Report your case to consumer forum, they will handle them well.

Flipkart customer service is a joke. There escalating team contacted me and told that they will provide the refund. Again they are saying that my refund has been used for another order. What the drama is going on I can not understand.
