MISTAKE MISTAKE...the money that got deposited was my FD amount and that wasnt frm B. Allianz :( Which means I havent recieved no money back yet. And almost 15 days have passed.
Good News!! I got the entire amount back in just 2 days after I submitted the application requesting cancellation of Policy as per the Free Look period facility (allows you to cancel a policy within 15 days of recieving your papers). This time round, I have to admit their service was pretty prompt.

Yes, you cannot take legal action because ULIPs are subjected to market performance. I have just come across a similar fraud: they actually forged my signature on 6 places and they send me the document. Thank god it is within the loop period.

True..he's using Mouthshut for online marketing promotion.. BTW I've a real case to prove how these insurance companies can take people for a ride and am going to write about it
How about this..... In 8 months I had to get the keypad, speakers and mother board replaced. Okay, their customer support of excellent, but I wish I had gone for a better product.
Well, I guess I didn't research enough before zeroeing in one Inspi.. Next time (when it comes to expensive machines, there's barely a 'next time' though...and you might see me getting nostalgic over it some 5 years hence)........if at all................I'll dig MS for reviews before I bag any read more...
