Pretty much in line with my experience. The person at the 'front desk' is there purely for decorative purposes. They ask customers not to use mobile phones while in the branch, when all their execs are busy with 'personal' calls on their own cellphones, ignoring waiting customers.

Pretty much the experience of many others. The person at the 'front desk' is purely decorative. They ask customers to switch off mobile phones when in the branch...but their own executives are 'busy' on their own mobile phones, ignoring the waiting customers.
