yes, the call center number is just an automated service. Yes, the appt'ts are impossible t get. I had initially gone to Aminjikarai office to check it out before taking my mother. yes, the scheme which charges 65% (BirlaSunLife) in the first year is no longer in use. It is a 2006 scheme. Even I am of the view that consumers should read the terms and conditions properly.
