@rajkanuri Average life of laptop is - 2 yrs. Not 6 months. If other people are having same problems in so small time period like 6 months, its first the laptop which sucks, then their service.. probably because of too much complaints to handle

HP support sucks from what I an many other users have experienced. They have good support for software or drivers, but if their's some problems in your hardware, even if its under warranty, the chances are - your laptop will spend months in HP support center.

Another Update: Guys, If anyone reads this one, they'll probably think I'm kidding... I've found that wireless network is no more working... I'm preparing to file a case now.
Now they are of no help... I'm feeling like banging my head on wall for this much tension... Completely non-sense and wastage of time.
Sent it fourth time, and received it again to find out they have messed up with my touchpad, and the pen is also mission... wtf
Thanks for the feedback... I'm now getting things straight with their managers today.. Its tough though, when you rely on a computer for your living, and you're going through all this...
My 1 friend is still with them as he paid for a year in advance... He keep coming with new problems everyday....and telling me jokes about their support....lol
