Well...so my last order...a pair of shoes did get delivered in good condition, so thanks FnU, but if only 2 out of 10 orders are satisfactory it is really not worth it! The redeemable voucher has still not been pushed back into my account.
GREAT! So guess what, order number 285019 finally gets delivered last friday, but with an item MISSING! Yet again! I am really really sick of fashion and you...no more orders for me! You wait for things with so much excitement and anticipation and they just ruin it! I asked them a hundred times befo read more...

Yeah I guess the only reason why they came to the rescue was coz u tweeted! they dont respond that well if you call their actual customer care call center!
I canceled order number 268768, and yet have not received the refunded credit voucher in my account.......and i am awaiting the delivery of order no. 285019(in transit) and order no. 312942(to be dispatched, it's already been 4 weeks +)
