I would request not to buy Siemens home appliance as their product are of inferior quality, poor service standards and false service commitment. No value for money. It's mere waste of money.

Today engineer visited and charged Rs. 350/-. As expected Siemens want to earn money, they gave estimate of Rs. 11k for body change. This is what company want and earn money. I have made follow up call to know the status, I was asked to call tomorrow morning as system has closed. I waited but officer never called as committed after one hour. When I called immediately the other officer I asked me to tell the problem and leave aside what other said and leave it. I will honestly suggest don't trust on these new brands where service is taboo and earning is important. Quality of product is inferior and pathetic. They charge you handsome for inferior product. There are other manufacturer who provide good service and durable products.

Today I have again lodged the complain, have received call from engineer, he was to visit hour back still no news and they will be charging Rs. 350 as my machine is not in warranty. let see how much expense estimate he will give. I am sure it is handsome, as company want to earn money.

I have inquired for trouble solving at time of guarantee, they escapes as company has to bear expenses. When asked for extended warrant they refused.

I have not received any revert till date from Siemens team. This show to service standards and commitment towars customer service. This is clearly state company believes in selling and earning money. Customer satisfaction is just taboo foe them.

It has been 7 days, school is hardly concern. They are concerned with only money. This is the reason, parents refrain from admitting their ward in this school. Same is the response when we complain or discuss with school head.

Further school doesn't have policy to reply to written communication made by parents. Head of school do not have time to reply.
