Can you spell out the luxurious amenities. May be you are referring to army of stray dogs, Garbage all over the place, water leakages and poor maintenance. Phase 1 is looking like slum though just 6 years old.

what I am told is that these guys change the color moment money is given to them. What 2nd coat, building standing next to phase 2 seems never got even 1st coat and the poor quality on top of that.

Fake review by their marketing folks. I was told that there are huge deviations in Manor Phase 1 and 2. You will not get OC for the illegally constructed properties.

You are stating obvious. Not sure why still people go and interact with third class builder and third class people he has got in his team. If he gives apartment free also, it is not worth. Don't let your hard earned money go down the drain.

Can't agree more with this review. These guys are real cheats. Lot of people have gone thro similar experiences. Be safe than sorry. Never part a single rupee with these guys and don't get fooled by their sweet talk.
