Absolutely true. These are roadside builders, big cheaters, beggers. They do their living by not refunding hard earned money from customers. and they bribe big officers to ensure they are not affected by any complaints from poor customers.

This is real review. Thank god I realized this 3 years ago. Cheaters of 1st order can be found in VKC marketing and management.

No doubt that this is fake review. and no surprise that they still have many flats left though they offer at throw away prices (may be many of them are left out due cancellations after learning that VKC are cheaters)

Agree with Pavi_M. Not sure why people still book their flats. Falling for marketing team's gimmicks? Getting flats cheaply? Thank god I did not sign agreement with them. Though I lost some money I am happy to cancel the booking. One of the worst developers/builders I have come across.

AFAIK, there are minimum of 10 cases where sincere customers cancelled their booking at Ch M II and lost money due to their fraud policy. It's easy to fall prey when you get a flat at throw away price say @ 3200/- psft. Looks like 'bipinbenedict' one of the marketing guy asking Preethis and myself t read more...

All the best, pls let us know if they complete it by Dec 2015 :-) Also, I hope you read their T&C in case you want to cancel. I believe you read their Agreement Clause in case of delay of completion and in case of problems with regard to water, electricity etc :-)
