Finally after 65 days, they solved the issue. The eaten up bandwidth was returned to me on 17th September. Whatever they claimed to have returned to me earlier were lies. Well, the review has only good things about redbus and bashing other services. Other sites like ksrtc, vrllogistics, btw, have seat selection. That part is not true or you were not informed. Sounds like a Redbus agent posting.
