@stepenraj_s: Can't tell you because till now i am not received the courier charges which i paid for return of defective item. Customer Service of Amazon is pathetic. Actually online shopping services was good but not now. Now a days they cheated people in the name of different attractive offers.

You are absolutely right. Fedex courier service is very pathetic now a days, they can't find a address like a place 'New Delhi'. What a joke of Fedex. It is not a fedex but a fedup service.
They said that they have no policy to pick up of fault item from our area ( i.e. Delhi) as well no refund of courier charges which I had to paid myself.

Yes, Rockland Hospital is the most third class hospital. The management of this hospital is totally disgusting and very poor. This totally a money making business for them.
