I guess all apartments have their pros and cons and its upto the buyer to make up his mind after weighing all options. Nevertheless, I concur with you...first impressions are often the last impressions :)

Well friend you should have been wiser and not opted for the membership. You should have taken the free stay and moved on just as we did!!!

guys you are most welcome to come to my place and check the bill out....both me and my friend got 0 bill and there were no taxes cos there was no room rent as it was a promotional offer!! Pls verify ur facts about things before making such statements...And if u dont want to believe it then please le read more...

You are lucky u dint get the card....I got the card and found lot of silly extra charges on the same so I had ot cancelled...For eg they charge u a fee if u dont use the card for 60 days or more...Also if u default on a payment, then both the primary and the add on card get charged the late payment read more...
