Bought a 1420 two days back. Could get a discount of only 2000/- though. Also if one wants to bargain they ask you to upgrade the system.
I tried www.dell.co.in. They simply take your contact information call you later. Is this how you bought the laptop. Or did you buy it from a store. If so where did you buy it from?
