Hi, I've had similar experience with Kotak which I've elaborated in another review in mouthshut. My advise to you would be to take a loan from a nationalized bank. I've had a 3 year relationship with a nationalized bank and they've been much more lenient in revising interest rates (thanks to GoI a read more...
