Mr Dhananjai, I have spoken to Kotak about this. They say they will always maintain their interest rate 0.5% higher than ICICI even though at the time of giving the loan they will give 0.5% less than ICICI/HDFC. But this time they went ahead and kept the difference at 1% . It seems that they can not read more...
