Q.I have paid to star health Insurance for Port my old ICICILombard Policy on 3rd May 2021 but no communication email regarding reject, accept my proposal , no refund of money till today (19.5.2021) , I continuously contact and email to customer care but no response , at list to know accept or reject, if reject refund initiate or not

My experience with StarHealth has been WORSE very very BAD . Its been 3 years since I am Paying my regular POLICY PREMIUM. This year I had one surgery; I raised and submitted a genuine post- claim of Rs. 15000 only but they rejected this CLAIM by giving unacceptable and invalid reasons.
Please I request you all never ever take this Health Insurance POLICY. They have worse 0.00% Claim Settlement.
