They put false comments using Bots for 5 star services , they dont even deserve 1 star . Really heartbroken
We have still not received any response from starhealth even though all documents are submitted to them, there is no response last 12 days even after false promise . All can see now. I need answer and justice .
We have received couple of emails and SMSs stating that the response will be provided in 15 days if not then i should escalate again , earlier it was mentioned to provide resolution in 5 days , i have been keep sending different different documents multiple time as it seems the records are not manag read more...

Starhealth is one of the worst insurance company, Me and my wife suffered a lot with them . We have been paying premium more than 5 years and paid 3 lcs+ to this company, They never approve your claim, they make you cry without any reason, even if all the documents are submitted, they will be kee read more...
You requested for X ray pre and post surgery and we sent 6th time today by email . Lets see the next course of action . We need result now .
When will i get the response ? Positive or negative ? I have still not received any call from logical / Sensible and related person who is decision maker for approval
