If u have already informed your heart disease before policy and already written in policy document then just go for reimbursement and if rejected then go for ombudsman, you surely got your claim

95% claim reason is same ...PED ... You should add ped inclusion form any time of your policy running if this is not ped then star have no power to reject ...your claim will reimburse surely....

If didn't get your policy document through mail, star power app or wattup ...and still after 1 month your policy not generated then you can send mail directly to irdia or ombudsman.....

Really .you are a dumb guy .star doing right .agent did right with you , you deserve it . Health insurance company never give policy to epilepsy patient.
