Impolite Staff
So I have visited this store a few times, I really like the variety of purses that they offer. They have small size and big size wallets, hand bags, totes, belts and what not. They also have mini leather covered notebooks which are colourful and attractive. The quality of the handbags is good but the only problem is the staff. Despite of their luxurious collection of the handbags the stall is ill-mannered, you have to search for everything by yourself and no one will help you. It feels like they are not interested in serving their customers. I have seen half of the customers walking off just because of the staff and in case you ask them to help you they will be very rude to you. I think they need to work on their staff because just the quality won’t work unless your staff is polite and welcoming to the customers. I never recommend this store to my friends and family.

Employees are not welcoming at all
I have been to this store 2-3 times, and always I faced the same issue, that they have good variety of products and even I want to buy them, but the staff is damn rude and they are always not in a mood to sell things. They are not at all interested in helping the customers. They have awesome collection of leather products but just the employees are the biggest reason of the failure of the store. All the female staff talk very rudely. Everytime I go with the mood of buying stuff but when they behave like this, I end up coming out of the store and buying the stuff from the stores like HIDESIGN and KOMPANERO which at least deal very politely with their customers. I will surely say that don’t go at that store, instead you can visit Da Milano, VR PUNJAB, Kharar because I feel there the staff is a bit welcoming as compared to the Elante store.
