Hi Sujai, Asin & Bala, thanks for your comments. And Bala the branch we had visited was the Anna Salai, Chennai one. It's been years now. Your review was too good! And yes, I have been through a very bad experience with ICICI Credit Cards too. Would write about it in sometime!
