At last the problem resolved 12 day after the date of complaint. Also, there was some discussions, issues on the warranty etc. Had to speak to Kent Service Manager. Had to take the Pure Water House (their dealer) service manager and kent service manager on conference call (Lot of Efforts u see). read more...
