Tryi mailing cco@timtara.com. I have received my product after regular follow up and complaining after 1.5 months. Else you could lodge your complaint at akosha.com and they would assist you getting your money back via consumer court and other means.
@beeplusplus What I did was a continuous follow up with emails and phones and given them an earful along with my plans of putting up my case with Consumer forum since then after every deadline which passed by I used to send them an email to cancel my order to raja@timtara.com with cc to cco@timtar read more...
