We had paid Rs 3.00 lacs in May 2015 for pre launch booking in Nitesh Hunter Valley. This project is probably shelved as they have not received necessary approvals. Nitesh is not refunding the advance. What to do. Rajan Jha, My email : jha.rajan@gmail.com

I am facing similar problem. Had booked a flat in Nitesh Hunter Valley project which they called off citing delay in getting approvals. They are non commital about making refund. Doesn't look very good. Rajan Jha Mob: 9844058253
