yea I too agree with your comments, probably one reason could be all road widening working in city are complete and now only an alien can snap the cable wires of BCS. Truely service has improved a lot in last 6 months and connection never went down, only minor glitches when power went off in local a read more...

I dont know what exactly is the problem with your connection, well i suggest you to switch down to 160kbps plan, I paid only 6000 and I get speeds of around 18Kbps i.e around 140kbps, never my connection became slow may be its a problem with 384kbps, also if any of your friends have laptop or someth read more...
