I am sure garbage is present in all the cities of India. tell which top cities in india have no issues regarding traffic, pollution,RAPE issues, frequent Earth quakes etc.. Bangalore is far more better than any of the other cities in India.May be you were working in some non white collar job, so you had no peace of mind obviously
