Hey there... You must be very unlucky to have this bad experience. I travel by HKB every weekend and by far this is the best travels i have ever traveled by. The service is the best i have seen till now. Water, Biscuits & snacks are given to each traveler so that the comfort is taken care of. Ram read more...
