I agree with Mr.Mayank. It happened twice for me in last 3 months. Now they are providing you some wallet points to convince(or tempt) the customers continue shopping with flipkart. I have also purchased 2 units in VBHC. The facts provided in the above review are not true. My recommendation is 'Yes, go for VBHC'. It is a good investment.

This is not true. I have purchased 2 units(2 bhk and 3bhk) in VBHC Anekal. Property management is being done by JLL,which is one of the best in the current market. It is just 5 kms from Electronic city and Allianz Business university is very next to VBHC. So, you will have a very good rental prospec read more...

I have purchased 2 units in VBHC Vaibhava,Anekal. Property was handed over in time as promised in their agreement.
