After 5 months, they still haven't refund the amount. I've sent them all the required details multiple times, but they don't seem to bother. Just an update from my side, I've got it disconnected long back and I'm using a different Internet service provider now.
After a lot of failed attempt to reach to their customer care service, I finally succeeded and raised my concern and gave them my feedback(not that they asked, but I just wanted them to know how I felt). same fate for me too. I've not been able to reach to their voice support yet as their IVR can't even recognize the key press on my cellphone. I asked my friend to try to reach to their voice support from his cellphone but still the same result. I'm so pissed off right now.

One typo mistake. read Kbps instead of Mbps on all such occurrence and i forgot to tell the name of this Plan. They(Tikona) call it FUL599 plan.
