First, try manual measuring, see if the readings are different than the onboard system, chances are it could be a faulty sensor...if ur car has clocked less than 4000-5000 kms, then its kinda normal to experience around 9-10 kmpl...even the power delivery is rubbish during the first 2000kms...If not read more...
