Videocon is good when compared to TATA sky. The plans are lest costly than TATA. The service too is good. I have been using it for past 6 years now and haven't faced any issues as such. It might be you are mistreated by some individuals working on their behalf or untrained local representatives.
I am using Videocon for last 6-7 years now and there isn't any problem as such I faced with. You seem to have suffered because of some stupid people that came in contact with you. Overall, the services is good in our area. Not sure about your area of service and their them.

It's seems they are struggling. No doubt, it was the most sought after bank in early 2000. They have closed many branches and operating from a few major hubs. Having their credit card is still considered to be elite :)
