So early this morning(19th Feb 2019) I made payment of Rs 1178.82(Rs 999+ 18% tax) towards one of their plans(Order ID: 1550538606499). I wanted to check some of the houses that I liked and finalize it ASAP. I received plan activation message from nobroker on my registered email address. Let me repeat on my register email address.
Before all this, while registering I received a confirmation message on the email id I provided which I click to have it verified(you can see that on the attached screenshot of the app).
So, after the payment I proceeded to get contact details of some prospective house owner. But after repeated I could not get any.
Tried calling them - their call centers are off.
Chat - they are offline as well.
After a couple of hours of wait their chat came active and BIG surprise here.
They tell me that my email address is "invalid". How? Why? - No answer.
Have send them email as instructed by their chat agent - still no response.
Do NOT use their services. They’ll find some reason or other to tell you that your account is invalid and not return the money.

They reached out to me on phone and after a LOT of convincing activated my account. So, much for convenience.
Still keeping the bad rating cause most of the posting there is either already rented out or with completely wrong information.
