The medical reports are submitted in the branch. You can request the branch manager and he can give you the soft copy.

I completely agree with greateagle06 and punterpandey. Agent has to be penalized for this. No company is bad. The employees and agents make it good and bad. My clients trust me and not the company. Therefore it is my duty to advise them best.

Group insurance policies are tailor made products. Please ask your HR to give you the complete details of the policy. Have you told your HR regarding this ?
