Hey Anup, I have the same view as you have for ACT. I was using AIRTEL before but due to their pathetic service, I terminated my connection. Now I am planning to go for ACT Broadband. Thanks for posting your review. It really helped me in clarify my doubts regarding ACT Broadband.

Seriously their services are worst compared to all other Internet Service Providers. Thankfully, I got ACT Broadband connection. The best ISP in Bangalore. Not I don;t have any problem with my internet connection.
