Update: 20th March: I even e-mailed them. No response yet. No call from the store either for Tatasky connection or the headphone. Not even an apology. Just look at the number of unhappy customers on E-Zone. We can have a class action lawsuit against them.
I think it comes from the top...maybe this whole organization is ethic less....salespersons reflect the standards setup by the top officials...I wish I had read more reviews here before visiting e-Zone. NOONE is happy with them. But guess they are too busy cheating people and making money to read th read more...
