Eureka Forbes once was very good in its services and had good products. It has deteriorated to unimaginable low standards. I have a vacuum cleaner which awaits service for around 2 years now. No body has turned up from this Company even after repeated reminders. Highly undependable indeed.

I have also taken an AMC from Vivek paying Rs.8000/-. Problem for my AC was reported on 4/2/2013. Viveks Technician identified gas leak on 5/2/2013.
