Its been more than 30 days and I am yet to get my refund. THis is unheard of in today's business! Needless to say, I will NEVER use this website again for any transactions.

Don't give up. Send them a legal notice and watch how they come running to you. ICICI is famous for these underhanded tactics. They try as much as possible to get out of paying the claim hoping the person would finally forget it. Just send them a notice and see the difference. As far as the oher read more...
