I am not at all shocked...the only comfort I can offer is that Orange is not the sole operator doing this!!!! I use both Orange and BPL and can assure you that BPL does similar stunts. Personally we consumers fall for the advertisement and fail to ask the right questions/ or read the fine print. T read more...

I dont agree that vacum cleaners are inconvenient. we have a Euroclean Wet and dry Vacum cleaner and are very impressed and happy with it. Out go the broom and mop for me!!!
