You can ask your payment gateway (atom payment gateway) for refund and they will take around 7 days to process your refund. I done the same my payment done on 17.01.2013 after a month 14.02.2013 i didnt get product then i see the reviews and then start process for refund. My refund initiated. pls ca read more...
