Dear this is common method adopted by star health. Now go to Insurance Ombudsman. See it is business for them, not for the social cause. Hope govt. of India will make sort of rules to promot actual cause of health insuarence.

Thanks msbkumaran94, I will do this soon. Now it is almost 11 months I am following up with guys. I would like to aks the people who are commenting it to be a good company how many times they made a claim or they are only commenting based on hearsay.
