Good one, and you played it very safely... you even gave the exact amount you paid, and made sure that every point that a customer can give a bad review on is pointed out as ''good''. I admire your talent, spoken like a true customer service representative :)!

Yeah, it's a new one... it's there on their site - here you go: http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/dataone_tariff.htm I just gave them a call (at 4:45 AM) to check, and woke up a poor lady from her sleep (the 1600 number for Dataone didn't click so I dialled Sancharnet's number... fortunately I diall read more...

Lol, dude, I came to mouthshut so that I could write a review on their customer service, but looks like you beat me to it. Hi Ratstring, Thanks for the comments. I have used Bazee many times before, but this is the first time I had to interact with the customer service. And that had been pathetic. Maybe it is a different user's experience that you had. But I will keep what you said in mind, and hope for the good read more...
