First of all its not about resolution,, the executive promised fr a better service and thats all.. second thing again someone from bookadda promised something which didnt happen. he told tommorow i will give you 5% discount voucher, but it never came. I dont know, my experiences have been really good. always on time, and i like they send a text saying material has been dispatched. I have been buying books mostly on flipkart
Received a call from BookAdda, the executive was friendly and we had a good chat and a assurance of things going well in future. I think I will give it a shot one more time may be last time to see how things will go.

I agree, its a pathetic website, I always have to cancel my order in the end as the orders are always delayed. and then i always prefer flipkart. books are bit expensive than bookadda there but there is a surity that book will reach.. not like bookadda, its a fraud site..
