The DP charges are too high. If you sell 1000 delivery shares on 100 transactions, the minimum charges need to pay to Kotak is 22*100 (2200rs) apart from the Sell Brokerages. This is how Kotak is minting Money from the customers. Keep away with them...

In India, Money makes lot of matters. It can Win Awards and it can also Divide the states in 3-4 parts(Andhrra). Dont believe on these awards. I totally agree with you. HDFC is best compared to Kotak . The hidden charges are more in Kotak on sell of Delivery equities. DP charges wont explained to you untill you see the DP transaction statement on end of month on your online account. NEVER EVER TRY for kotak.

Try to sell the shares in the delivery mode and find out the DP transction charges and will know the hidden facts regarding the Kotak securities. I too agree for the Anand Comments. I felt ICICI is the worst Bank in the World and recently i found Kotak securities will definitely cross the ICICI bad name ASAP.
