No it is not due to misuse. Tata motor change self motor two times under warranty and another time by payment basis. You may be auto expert but if you can check my case with Tata motor directory. Shopclues has not changed the policy. My brother purchased white board and it is damaged. Even after sending the photos 10 times, shopclues did not pick the product and still harassing. it is not good site to take risk
