Hi Heream, Mid-June would be kind of off season. Tariff for a good decent room would range from Rs. 750/- to Rs. 1,500/- for a day. You can have 3 people staying in it. Yes. It is very safe to park your car at Dasturi. You can enquiry with the locals out there, they will guide you better, but safety is not a problem.

Nice information.... You have given a actual moment of moment account of your experience... You gave me a virtual tour of the hill station. Infact i was planning my trip this time but went to Matheran but my next trip will certainly be Mahabaleshwar and in MTDC only.

There is lot of negative element filled in the review. Maybe he had a rough time, but then you cannot generalize.
