Mr. Durgesh of Ahmedabad, faced the same problems. His money has been refunded, but in my case no action is being taken. I have not been refunded or even been contacted by these scamsters (Shiftthought/Makemytrip.com/Indiatimes.com) even after I have given all the details here and in other forums. In fact I have also written to their Management level persons (Mr. Sanjay Sahay at Indiatimes) many tmes to no avail. read more...
