Your were best advised about fully depressing the clutch lever fully before changing gears. That said, you should get a feel of mileage figures returned in the bracket of 50-55 Kmpl at the very least.

Your review gives a sneak peak as to how you ride. You probably ride in higher gears. Meaning 4th or the 5th gear is what you love to stick to.
