Update: While giving the Duro service centre one last chance in January 2012, I told them that I was going to leave my Duro there forever until the mileage issue is fixed. The engineers gave it back to me finally the next day (they told me that they tuned it) saying that it would give 43 km/ltr. read more...
Thank you Danny666! I took the Duro's customer care email address and wrote them a complaint. The next morning, I received a call from them and assured that they would take care of it. Let's see what they can do about it.
