yes correct, My self fased lot of problems when i joined in this comp, dirty people and dirty company, if they want automatically they will deduct the amount from our salary, and wont pay when will ask then we will get a answer take from IT department.and they wont submit our document, they will har read more...

this is 100% perfect and correct, not only BPO in software field also same like that only ,they will call first as VIP and after some time they will kept in PIP and will make the person as VP and finally called as PP
